Return & Refund

Downluxe spares no efforts to serve our customers. If you are not satisfied with the purchase, we will be happy to help you. The following will list the procedures and conditions for return and refund, as well as all relevant information you should know:

Please kindly contact us if you want to change or cancel your order before the order has been processed (typically 3 hours). Your order could be modified or refunded before we ship out the item. The refund will be processed after our staffs have confirmed the situation with you.

  • Return

Please be attention that any items purchased on the downluxe.com website can be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Any items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on downluxe.com, please send us an email at service@downluxe.com. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email. We will try our best to help you.

  • Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Return Address

If you want to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact Customer Service Email: service@downluxe.com to provide your issues, your order number, the reason, and the item(s) you would like to return. Our customer service representative will reply to you within 48 hours.

  • Return Shipping cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), but we do require a method that supplies a tracking number.
